I truly felt humbled to receive this Cook County Board of Commissioners' Resolution introduced by Commissioner Dennis Deer today. I accepted this honor on behalf of thousands of persons served annually, over 100 staff, our Board and invaluable supporters like you on the occasion of Habilitative Systems, Inc.'s 40th anniversary this year.
