HSI Mission

HSI uses a comprehensive multi-tiered approach that engages prevention, intervention, treatment, research, and care management to build healthy communities.

HSI Vision

HSI through a continuum of care approach is building healthy communities for underserved populations with disabilities and people living with an array of human services needs.

Our heartfelt thanks goes out to the team of CARF surveyors who came to Chicago on November 4th, 5th and 6th,   to affirm that HSI provides services guided by internationally recognized service standards and best practice. The surveyors allowed us to tell our story, to demonstrate our passion, commitment, and showcase the positive outcomes of our consumers.
